Dan Fast (he/him) is passionate about helping organizations and leaders become more effective and productive while building healthy and collaborative workplaces. He digs deep to understand how people and organizations operate and the root causes of their challenges. He leads with care, curiosity, and balanced perspective.
 

Dan brings two decades of strategy and management experience, spanning Fortune 500, non-profit, and small-business sectors. Over his career, he has been pivotal in leading key projects and stakeholder relationships, driving organizational change, and improving operational processes. Select highlights include:

• Secured $5 million in realized cost savings and $4 million in funding for new projects.

• Led HR and Operations planning for the launch of a new women’s health company, ensuring business continuity.

• Directed enterprise resiliency initiatives focused on technical upgrades and change adoption, resulting in significant security compliance and 93% reduction in violations.

• Streamlined HR processes for two Fortune 500 clients, resulting in improved organizational effectiveness and reduced churn.​

• Established communities of practice for multiple organizations, resulting in deeper employee understanding of company priorities; new working relationships across functions; and quicker response time to requests.

Previously, Dan served as Senior Consultant for CGI, a global business and IT consulting firm, where he guided Fortune 500 clients through digital transformation, organizational change, enterprise resiliency, and more. Prior to CGI, Dan led strategy, program, and people management for several New York non-profits.

Dan holds a Master’s in Industrial-Labor Relations and Management from Cornell University-ILR School, and Bachelor’s in English and Religious Studies from Lafayette College. He is a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.

Dan lives in a North New Jersey lake community with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he loves to play music, hike and swim, nerd out on books and films, and volunteer in his community.
