Dan Fast (he/him) helps organizations and leaders amplify their impact by improving their effectiveness, efficiency, and workplace culture. He digs deep to understand how people and organizations operate and the root causes of their challenges. He leads with empathy, curiosity, and balance.

Dan brings two decades of strategy and management experience, spanning Fortune 500, non-profit, and small-business sectors. Over his career, he has been pivotal in leading key projects and stakeholder relationships, driving organizational change, and improving operational outcomes. Highlights include:

• Secured $5 million in cost savings and $4.5 million in funding for new projects.

• Led strategic operations and HR business continuity planning for the launch of a new women’s health company.

• Established new professional networks, resulting in improved organizational outcomes and collaborations.

• Directed enterprise resiliency and process improvements, resulting in improved cybersecurity and reduced turnover.

• Launched and managed numerous high profile projects, resulting in year-over-year growth in program participation.
   

Previously, Dan served as Senior Consultant for CGI, a global business consulting firm, where he guided numerous Fortune 100 clients through digital transformation and organizational change. Prior to CGI, Dan helped drive strategy and program/portfolio management for multiple non-profits, including UJA-Federation of New York.

Dan holds a Master’s in Industrial-Labor Relations and Management from Cornell University-ILR School, and Bachelor’s in English and Religious Studies from Lafayette College. He is a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner. Dan serves on the boards of the Joseph & Yetta Weisberger Fund, which supports social services for the elderly, and CharacTours, an experiential education non-profit.

Dan lives in Northern New Jersey with his family. He enjoys playing music, hiking, and volunteering in his community.
