Dan Fast (he/him) is passionate about helping organizations and leaders become more effective and efficient, and create great places to work. He digs deep to understand how people and organizations operate, and the root causes of their current challenges. He brings care, curiosity, and healthy perspective to all of his client relationships.

Dan brings nearly two decades of strategy and management experience, spanning Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and small-to-midsize businesses (SMB). Over his career, he has been instrumental in driving new initiatives, deepening relationships, and and improving processes. Highlights include:

• Planning the launch of a new women's health company and ensuring business continuity.

• Achieving significant financial outcomes, including $5 million in realized cost savings and securing $4 million in new funding.

• Orchestrating new strategic programs and partnerships for numerous non-profits.

• Streamlining HR and IT Operations for two Fortune 500 life science clients.

Previously, Dan served as Senior Consultant for CGI, a global business and IT consulting firm. In this role, he led strategy through execution for Fortune 500 tech and life science clients on diverse projects including digital transformation, enterprise resiliency, new ways of working, and more. Prior to CGI, Dan helped drive strategy, program and portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement at several New York-based non-profits.

Dan holds a Master’s in Industrial-Labor Relations and Management from Cornell University-ILR School, and Bachelor’s in English and Religious Studies from Lafayette College. He is a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner.

Dan lives in a Northern New Jersey lake community with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he loves to play music, hike and swim, nerd out on books and films, and volunteer at local organizations.
