Dan Fast (he/him) launched Ives Consulting to help businesses and non-profits solve their organizational challenges and become efficient, cost-effective, and great places to work.

 

He is an empathetic strategist and practitioner with 18 years of experience across numerous industries, including Fortune 500 tech and life science companies, non-profits, and small businesses. Over his career, he has been instrumental in driving change and process improvements. Notable results include streamlined operations, forging new strategic collaborations and programs, and significant financial outcomes, including $5 million in
realized cost savings and securing $4 million in new funding.

Previously, Dan served as Senior Consultant for CGI, a global business and IT consulting leader. In this role, he led strategy through execution for Fortune 500 clients on diverse projects including digital transformation, enterprise resiliency, new ways of working, operations improvement, and more. Prior to CGI, Dan helped drive strategy and management at several New York non-profits.

Dan holds a Master’s in Industrial-Labor Relations and Management from Cornell University-ILR School, and Bachelor’s in English and Religious Studies from Lafayette College. He is a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner.

Dan lives in a picturesque lake community in New Jersey with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he loves to play music, hike, discuss books and films, and volunteer in his community.
